Having sex can actually be considered a rather good form of exercise. Just like any physical activity, healthy sex is good for your heart.Sex can help relieve stress by raising endorphins and other hormones that boost mood. As a form of exercise, it can also help calm you down. 

According to the National Sleep Foundation, orgasms release the hormone prolactin, which can help you feel sleepy and relaxed. So don’t be too surprised if you and your partner doze off shortly after a satisfying session — and wake up feeling refreshed.

The best love is the one that makes you a better person without changing you into someone other than yourself.Along those lines, the definition of healthy love, lies in a sense of responsibility to the self .In other words, healthy love means we are responsible for our own happiness.

Love can give us a physical reaction. A quickened heart rate, butterflies in our stomachs, dilated pupils, sweaty palms, a hard time finding words, the instinctive urge to physically touch are just a few ways in which love can physically affect us. A stable and healthy physical relationship with another person boosts emotional and mental wellbeing as well.
